一、精选和牛牛肉粒，500克
生制品，原味，口感香嫩，肥而不腻，价格不高，牛肉味道鲜美,营养丰富,也是餐桌常用的食材，烹饪方式主要有小炒和铁板。

二、精选脆皮大肠，约1.5斤
一包共有6条，都是卤熟的，每条都是大肠头，烹饪方式可炸，可铁板，也可直接卤水上，蘸泰汁吃。而且大肠表皮已用油炸过，肉质鲜嫩，现时做脆皮大肠的领头羊，许多厂家做不出来。
